Teachers of Online Courses

If you are a charismatic and enthusiastic Teacher, willing to teach by making engaging online course videos we are looking for you.

What we're looking for


We value charisma, enthusiasm, willingness to teach and learn above all, but we also expect you to possess these skills:

  • Candidates should be fluent in English and Lithuanian languages
  • Candidates should be familiar with STEAM educational approach
  • Candidates should be familiar with CAD programming concepts
  • Candidates should have online teaching experience
  • Candidates should be familiar with visual programming languages like Scratch and have some experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Candidates should be able to record and produce course videos and support material, like code snippets independently
  • We expect candidates to have their own good quality equipment to do the job, mostly a decent computer, webcam and a microphone
  • For the lesson videos we expect 4k resolution recordings which show both - your working screen and your webcam
  • Candidates are expected to learn Bit by bit developers platform and will be asked to create courses by using our platform
  • Candidates should understand and be able to explain basic programming concepts in a fun and engaging way
  • It would be great if candidates have ideas for interesting course topics that would make them happy to teach, otherwise themes will be provided by us
  • Candidates should be willing to learn how Teachable platform works
  • It's a big plus if you're enthusiastic about 3D printing and other modern manufacturing techniques, we'd love to incorporate some manufacturing into our courses

What we offer


  • We offer flexible contract based work for individual authors and freelancers - this is not an employment offer
  • You will be recognised as an author of the course
  • You will be paid pre-agreed amount for each produced & published course and will have an opportunity to get in between 10% to 20% payment on each course sale, this way our success would also benefit you (we keep the right not to publish or delete courses at any time)
  • We would support you in your journey and if needed we'll be there to explain Bit by bit developers platform
  • We encourage remote work and give you the freedom to record videos in your own studio
  • You would work on short course based contracts, thus this offer is great for people who already have jobs and want to contribute on the side by teaching others.
